Ratings are based on feedback from your previous requests payment statuses.

Paydog uses a rating system to build trust in merchants. Users will see only aggregate details of your requests. They will see totals of the number of paid, outstanding, declined, refunded and refund requested requests.

Declined or Outstanding Refund requests contribute negatively to your ratings. Unpaid requests contribute slightly negatively to your rating. Therefore, to maintain a high rating only send requests to people who are expecting them.

Multiple ratings to the same account recipient will also be ignored. This is to stop any gaming or skewing of the rating system based on a small number of recipients.
